Shipping policy

All printing and shipping are handled through a third-party company (Lulu).

NO EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ORDERS TO P.O. BOXES

Processing/Printing/production time expect 3-5 business days in production before shipment.

Shipping times can be anywhere from 1-21 business days after printing depending on shipping type.

If any information is forgotten or put in the wrong by the customer such as a wrong address, name, phone number, etc. VZSN magazine or Lulu can not make any changes after 12 hours have passed since the order was placed. If 12 hours have passed it's nothing that can be done about the order.

During high demand seasons (such as Holidays), print times may extend beyond our average estimated print times

For shipments outside the United States and Canada, our shipping company lists the recipient as the importer of record. These shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of record, any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information specific to your destination.

In the event that customs clearance procedures are required, please note that they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Due to Russian customs, any orders to Russia are at the customer's risk! Russian orders tend to be picked up by Russian custom and will extend delivery times for an undisclosed amount of time resulting in some customers waiting weeks or even months to receive what they ordered. No refunds or a replacement of the item purchased will be given if Russian orders never arrive or are held by Russian customs.
